Canned corned beef hash fried up with a sunny side up egg on top is one of my favorite breakfasts. Is it good for you? No. But it tastes amazing.

I enjoy and eat canned corned beef hash. BUT it has to be cooked in a pan with butter or oil to crisp it up real good. otherwise the texture is far too mushy. but crispy canned hash with a bunch of cholula and some scramby eggs is wildly underrated imo.
